[說明]Chiling Sister, For relax

My English is poor
It is acceptable that I am a engineer, but there is some problem on that.
If I can't use this tool well, I must spend more time than others to finish my job.
I must be reading, writing and something listening and talking.
The technique article is relative easy but it wastes too much my working time.

How can I improve this skill? How can I do?
What need I do?

I have some answer but it is not so easy to do.
All the thing spend time, and I have no time enough.

I must seek, try to find out the solution to keep moving.
